I work at the intersection of institutional behavior, power, and accountability. My analysis focuses on how organizations respond under stress, why escalation often increases motion without producing resolution, and how harm compounds after notice rather than being corrected. I’m interested less in intent than in structure, incentives, and decision rights, including how documentation, delay, and fragmentation become normalized failure modes inside complex systems.
