I offer structured analytical sessions for individuals and organizations navigating complex, stalled, or high-stakes situations.

This work applies across sectors, including healthcare, startups, nonprofits, public agencies, HR, and professional services. The focus is on understanding system dynamics, decision rights, and failure modes rather than assigning blame or offering generic advice.

Sessions are designed for moments when escalation has increased activity but not clarity, and when thoughtful intervention matters more than another handoff.

About

I work at the intersection of institutional behavior, power, and accountability. My analysis focuses on how organizations respond under stress, why escalation often increases motion without producing resolution, and how harm compounds after notice rather than being corrected. I’m interested less in intent than in structure, incentives, and decision rights, including how documentation, delay, and fragmentation become normalized failure modes inside complex systems. My perspective is informed by professional, policy, and lived experience, but my work is analytical rather than autobiographical. The goal is clarity, not narrative persuasion. This work is relevant anywhere systems are expected to self-correct and fail to do so.
